Canis Rattus, and noisy machinery

If you insist on keeping a dog-rat (Canis Rattus) animal as a pet, the least you could do is not take the poor creature to a country parade which features an assortment of antique and modern-day farm equipment, tractors, fire engines, etc., complete with the requisite decibel output they produce. Yes, the animal pictured below is bundled up in its owner's jacket - an attempt to alleviate the intense shivering (from fright) the animal was experiencing.
