What a cool shot. Especially with the lighting and the contrast between the stairs/rocks and the soft effect of the blurred wave motion.
I wonder what it would've looked like if you'd gotten right up to the stairs -- put the top stair at the bottom edge of the frame?

The photo kinda makes you feel like you're stepping down a staircase up in the sky because of how the water looks like there. Nice shot, man!
